残念ですがオゾン治療で 虫歯が治るとはまだ言い切れません 右の2枚の写真をごらんください オゾン治療後1年半経過を追跡しました 茶色い虫歯がなおってしまって 元通りの白い歯になることはなく 茶色い虫歯らしきものはそのままです このような写真を見て大事なことは オゾン治療をしてもしなくても 結果は同じかもしれない という疑問が残ることです このような疑問について 5つの論文をまとめた報告によると オゾン治療がホントに 投資に見合う効果があるのか さらに検討が必要だと レポートされています

Unfortunately we can not say it is healed. Please see left picture. I have monitored 18 months after Ozone treatment. But brown fissure looks dental caries is still existing. I can not say it is healed. Please remember ! The important thing is Clinical Results might be a same either Ozone treatment or not ! There is scientific article related to this matter who reports we have to carfully decide Ozone treatment is usable or not. |

正直に申し上げますと 「深い虫歯にオゾン治療が効くか？」 と聞かれれば，まだわからない としか答えられません 理論的にオゾンの殺菌効果を考えれば 深い虫歯にオゾン治療をやってみる 価値は充分にあるし無意味ではない と私は考えています 右の写真は深い虫歯でこれ以上削ると神経をとらねばならないような 虫歯でしたが幸い1年半以上 無症状のまま経過しています たまたま成功したのかもしれませんが このような歯を100本くらい治療して 何年か後の姿を調べなければなりません 現時点でそのような調査研究は まだなされていませんが 効果が現れることを期待しています |

Ansewer Unfortunately I have to say I don't know ! Theoretically since Ozone is very strong sterilize gas, I expect it is effectable for deep caries. The left picture shows very deep lesion however I could keep dental pulp vita without any symptom during recent 18 months. Still we don't have any information this case may be luckey or not. We have to do prospective clinical study using similar over the 100 deep dental caries.Such clinical report has not been conducted at this time. |

神経が露出した虫歯に オゾン治療が有効なのか？ とお電話でお問い合わせがありました 有効かもしれませんが チト気がかりな点があります オゾン治療器はおよそ2900ppmの オゾンガスを発生させますが オゾンガスは50ppmでも持続的に 吸引すれば死に至るほど 強い毒性をもっています 静脈内に注射する方法では 1ppm以下の濃度で行われています 現時点でそのような調査研究は まだなされていませんし 安全性が確認されているとは いえないと思います 当院では安全性が確認されてから 行なうことにしています |
