歯周病はやっかいな感染症です原因は歯に付着している歯垢ですが歯ぐきの奥深くで石灰化すると写真のように茶色い歯石となって歯みがきでもとれなくなり慢性的な炎症を歯のまわりに引き起こします		The gum disease is quite trouble. infectious disease. The etiology is debris accumulation. Initilal debris is soft but it will be harden with time and can not remove by brushing which is called "Calculus" maycause chronic inflammation around the teeth.
あまり自覚症状はないのですが寝不足や過労，旅行帰りで疲れた時に右の写真のように強い症状が出ることがあります		Gum disease occationaly no symptom however strong sumptom may happen in insuffcient sleep, travelling fatigue or overwork as shown in left picture.
治療のために重要なことはお口の中を毎日清潔にすることが第一歩ですがみがきにくい歯と歯の間のおそうじや歯ぐきの奥深い場所にこびりついている歯石を定期的にとることがもっとも大事です		The important things for treatment is keep your mouth clean everyday However interproximal debris or calculus hiden in deeper area should be cleaned priodically.
